Sedona Trail Camp Spring 2026 - Deposit

Join us in stunning Sedona, Arizona for a 4 day, 3 night in-person trail running retreat for women April 30-May 3, 2026. Perfect for all levels of runners with three co-leads running different paces, we will explore the stunning red rocks during the day and return to our beautiful headquarters for a nightly dinner prepared by Chef Emily plus one night out at our favorite Sedona restaurant. All of your food, transport, accommodations, and daily led trail runs are included in your registration fee.

We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance for anything that may come up before camp. We can't wait to experience the desert magic with you. Thank you for supporting this female owned and operated business.

RDTC headquarters includes both private and shared accomodation options. Please select which type of room you would like to reserve when you register. Please note that some options are limited and will sell out quickly. If you are attending camp with a friend and would like to share a private room, we can extend a discount for double occupancy (King Room double occupancy discount: $500/person, Queen Room double occupancy discount: $200/person). For shared private rooms, please have one person register and select the room, then the second person should select “Private Room - Second Person” to secure their spot.

PRICING - BEFORE MARCH 1, 2026

• King Suite with private bathroom, including free standing soaking tub - $3500 ($3000 double occupancy)

• Queen Room with shared bathroom - $3000 ($2800 double occupancy)

• Single Bed in shared room (with up to 3 other gals)- $2800

There is a non-refundable $600 deposit due at registration. The remainder is due by April 1st. We can divide the cost into installment payments.

Cancel before April 1st and receive a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.

No refunds will be given for cancellations after April 1st, 2026.

Late cancellations make it extremely costly for us to find other participants and we are likely to take a loss. We strongly encourage purchasing trip/travel insurance.
